Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards. In this position employees will be expected to work closely with product development teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to address them. Workers will conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards, and work with customer support teams to address any issues or concerns that arise. Additionally, quality assurance analysts may be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to help employees understand and implement quality control procedures and processes.
Working hours are Monday – Friday; 8am – 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Verify item set-up
- Verify signatures on client Bill of Materials
- Inventory verification and spot checks
- Process assemblies for put-away team
- Ensure employee training is complete in all areas
- Create and manage Quality Assurance processes
- Investigate any errors and create a prevention protocol
Requirements
- Warehouse knowledge and experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
